With over 57 offices in the US and Canada, Cresa needed to provide their team access to marketing materials and ensure consistent branding, given that they had just went through a rebranding process and rolled out a new logo. Cresa’s current system had the marketing team repeatedly fielding one off requests and their current vendor would deliver low-quality results in a slow manner. Employees were even walking down the street to the local Kinkos to print out materials – which negatively affected both the billing process and brand integrity. Cresa needed a way to condense requests and put measures in place to streamline the ordering and printing processes, while maintaining brand consistency.
Through an RFP process, Cresa chose Ambit as their partner to develop a marketing collateral management system, because of Ambit’s technology, high-standards and competitive pricing. Ambit worked with Cresa to determine their pain points and created a customized solution to manage their marketing collateral process needs. Once approved, Ambit got to work right away building an internal portal system that allowed the Cresa marketing team to offer up their constituents access to login and order the marketing materials that they needed, while maintaining control of the brand.
Cresa’s internal marketing collateral management system has created a streamlined process for the team to order marketing materials. The internal response has been overwhelmingly positive – the marketing side was able to ensure brand consistency and high-quality products; the sales side was able to access and receive their collateral needs; and the finance side was able to decrease the printing budget and create an organized billing system.
